“From Manila to Lisbon, my journey in software development has been beyond my wildest dreams. As a shy guy from the Philippines, I never imagined I’d land my dream job in Europe, overcoming challenges with positivity and discipline.

Portugal’s culture, with its majestic castles, historic architecture, and delicious Bacalhau à Brás, has captivated me for eight years. Although I’m still struggling with the language, I’ve found the Portuguese people to be incredibly welcoming and respectful.

Choosing Lisbon over Manila was a leap towards personal and professional growth, fulfilling childhood dreams of European vistas. While I cherish my time in Manila, moving here with my wife marked a new chapter of exploration and a better life for our family.
In Portugal, I’ve experienced a blend of cultural immersion, professional growth, and technological innovation.
